Gare Maritime once served as Brussels’ main freight station. Today, the 9,000m² industrial hall is a vibrant urban complex combining historic architecture with offices, a food market, shops, and event spaces. Gare Maritime is energy-neutral, with geothermal systems and solar panels powering its activities. Its wide central nave and indoor green boulevards create a unique ‘indoor-outdoor’ atmosphere, making it an inviting space in all weather.
