Rising from the former WTC towers, ZIN redefines what a circular, sustainable and multifunctional building can be.
Developed by Befimmo, the project pioneers a bold mixed-use model by combining government offices (for 3,900 Flemish civil servants), co-living units, hotel suites, shared workspaces, and public amenities.

Designed with a strong focus on environmental performance and material reuse, ZIN integrates work, living and leisure in one architectural whole. A green courtyard and accessible ground floor invite the public to engage with the space. ZIN marks a shift from mono-functional towers to a more inclusive and layered urban typology.
